Requirement for Windows Mobile Development at P P C

Our business model includes Design Services, System Solutions and Software IP for next generation convergence products in the above verticals.
Our customer base includes leading tier-1 semiconductor companies, Wireless mobile handset and CE OEMs/ODMs, Operating System/Platform vendors across the globe.
Our current staff strength is about 140 and we expect to cross 180 employees by end of this financial year.

Co-founders of PathPartner were part of the founding team of Emuzed (a pioneer in mobile multimedia) and have held senior management positions previously. Emuzed was founded in 2000 and acquired (one of the very few highly successful Tech acquisitions in India) by Flextronics International in 2005.

Candidate should have a good understanding of processor architectures, embedded concepts and 'C' programming and exposure to system debugging.
The prospective Technical Lead candidates should have a proven track record of designing / architecting solutions, providing technical guidance /mentorship, technically leading a group of developers.
The opportunity would be to work on design, development, optimization and enhancement of device multimedia components and applications, device drivers for peripherals, OS Baseport, board bring-up etc targeted for mobile handset devices.
Job Description
* Device drivers for on-chip and off-chip peripherals (such as: audio, video, display, camera, memory), OS Baseport and power management for Windows Mobile or Windows CE based devices
* Embedded application development using Windows SDK for Windows Mobile or Windows CE devices
* Frameworks like: DirectShow, Direct3D, COM/DCOM
* Good exposure to design patterns, OOAD concepts etc will be a plus
