Desired Candidate Profile
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years experience in implementing/supporting Siebel Quote,Order &
eCustomer modules (Preferably should have worked in Siebel 8.x Version)
• Should have Worked on Siebel EIM for at least 3-4 large/medium implementations
• Extensive knowledge of Siebel data model, good understanding of Siebel logical Architecture Model & Web Architecture Model.
• Sound knowledge on Siebel Staging data integration in to Siebel Base Tables using EIM
• Extensive knowledge in EIM
• Knowledge of Siebel EAI would be preferred i.e. Knowledge of Siebel Inbound/Outbound Web Services, WSDL Files, Web Services, Variable Maps, Data Maps , XML and EAI Adapters.
• Understanding of OBIEE & OWB
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem solving abilities
• Should be adaptable and open to learning new skills.
• Siebel EIM and other related training and Certifications
• Must be a team player
Job Description
• Integrate Outbound as well as inbound Siebel CRM transactions
• Design data mapping for various data types for Siebel
• Troubleshoot the EIM issues of Siebel CRM
• Implement best practices in the design, development, documentation, configuration, and testing of complex event processing solutions.
• Develop technical specifications to address the business requirements.
• Document detailed processes and procedures.
