Job role - Software development eng Qualifications: You have experience designing highly interactive web applications with performance, scalability, accessibility, usability, design, and security in mind. You have practical expert-level experience writing highly interactive applications for the web You are familiar with building complex web applications using Javascript / AJAX, XHTML, CSS. You have experience with or knowledge of jQuery, Java, Struts, and other website technologies. You are frequently regarded as having guru-level knowledge on one or more of the above areas. Elements of your background we like to see: n+ years in software development. Proven track record in delivering features in agile environment. Strong technical and development skills. Strong user empathy and customer focus. Strong drive for results and launching best of breed features.
