Should have 2 - 5 Years of total experience in development with a relevant experience of 2-3 yrs.
Should possess coding and designing experience in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, Struts and Hibernate.
Should have knowledge of complete SDLC
Should be a self-starter and willing to tackle new challenges with strong desire to innovate
Excellent oral and written communication skills desirable
