Desired Candidate Profile
* B.E, B.Tech in Computer Sciences, MCA/M.Tech from premium Institutes with excellent academic records.
* Individual contributor with excellent analytical skills and ability to think out of box (experience with requirements gathering/engineering are an advantage).
* Strong in manual and automation testing at least any one automation tool like selenium, etc.
* Knowledge of some programming language is an added advantage.
* Good technical skills including basic knowledge of operating systems, databases, sql and application servers are required.
* Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
* Customer focused.
* Team player with demonstrated ability to collaborate with developers and other stakeholders.
* Innovative and aware of latest testing trends, tools and methodologies.
Job Description
* Perform different types of testing (Manual, Blackbox, Greybox, Automation, UAT).
* Define directions for automation and design automation frameworks.
* Lead requirements discussion with clients, finalizing scope and facilitating workshops.
* Prepare Test Estimation, Test Planning, Test Strategy.
* Work with Agile/Scrum teams.
* Evangelize best practices, guidelines, best of the breed open sources.
* If required, act as a Business analyst for the team.
* Provide trainings to fresh talent.
