Job Description
This is an opportunity to work on an impactful job in the Hi-tech Semiconductor space. As a Design / Sr Design Engineer in
the Architecture, Timing and Verification team, you will have the opportunity to:
Contribute to the generation and verification of timing numbers and methodology for advanced FPGAs by
Applying your knowledge and skill with Static Timing Analysis and related concepts
Using your understanding of statistical variation of process and how that affects timing numbers in FPGAs
Application of your scripting skills (PERL, TCL) etc to implement speedfile methodology or build tools for internal
verification/evaluation of speedfiles
Desired Profile
Bachelor's in EE and at least 5+ years of experience OR Master's in EE and at least 4+ years of experience
Skills/Experience sought:
The ideal candidate would be strong in static timing analysis and related concepts would have used STA tools such as prime
time. An understanding of VLSI process and the impact of statistical variation on process on timing and yield is important.
Familiarity with characterization methodology and hspice simulations is a plus. In addition, comfort with verilog and VHDL
coding, scripting and understanding the FPGA architecture will be a plus.
Good oral and written communication skills are essential
