Job Description
Active Global Support is to safeguard SAP Maintenance revenues and deliver on the value proposition of SAP's premium support
offerings like SAP Enterprise Support, SAP MaxAttention and Safeguarding services in addition to SAP Standard Support and
Customer Specific maintenance
Provide a high quality of support to SAP Customers by gaining deep product expertise in the SAP NW Technology BASIS / ABAP /
JAVA topic.
Resolve customer messages at the Primary Support level for the releases shipped to customers globally.
Continuous improvement and optimization of support activities.
Co-ordinate with IMS / Development Support if there is product bug, or if the issues are critical which cannot be resolved at
Primary Support level.
Providing feedback to IMS / Development teams to be incorporated in higher releases customers
Ability to analyze and find a solution to customer problems
Ability to work under pressure to handle critical customer situations depending on customer specific SLA's
Good Team player, Customer-centric,
High performance and Learning orientation,
Willingness to support customers in EMEA and US time zone which involves working in shifts
Prior exposure to SAP Netweaver Technology BASIS ABAP & JAVA
Open to travel to customer locations where necessary
Desired Profile
BE/B. Tech/ME/M. Tech/ preferably Electronics background
Knowledge in Netweaver Technology BASIS ABAP & JAVA
Installations / Upgrade of SAP products. Should have completd atleast one cycle of live upgrades for customers
Onsite consulting experience
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills
