• ACIS BPO operations in India provide talent, efficiency and superior customer service to Allianz Insurance, thus enabling them to scale faster and easier. In addition to supporting various divisions of Allianz UK, the division also delivers specialised services like Policy Underwriting and Veterinary Claims. A unique case is the specialised ACIS veterinary team of qualified veterinary doctors who handle claims activities that pertains to the Allianz veterinary insurance in the UK.
• ACIS CS takes care of the entire IT Infrastructure Management needs of Allianz UK and India providing service desk, security administration, procurement administration, service delivery, mainframe operations, disaster recovery, CS projects, MIS and distributed services among others.

Desired Profile

 Minimum 5 -7 Years of experience in Java / J2ee, XML, XSL,XSLT, JavaScript, HTML, JBoss App Server.

 Expert in Java J2ee & XML technologies –XML, XSL, XSD,XHTML & JBoss Application Server.

 Strong in JSF,Hibernate, Struts, Spring.

 Experience in JBoss Portal Server.

 Experience in UML Modelling.

 Good knowledge of J2EE MVC frameworks.

 Excellent Client facing experience.

 Should have hands on experience in Application development.

 Strong Technical, Analytical & Problem Solving Skills.

 Excellent Interpersonal & Communication Skills.

 Previous experience with Tier -1 IT Services organizations in the onshore/offshore model.

Desirable

 Experience in Knowledge transfer/Transition Onshore or offshore
