* Should have knowledge/experience in WPF (preferable)
* Hands on experience with SQL Server 2005 or higher
* Hands on MS Reporting Services (preferable)
* Continuously monitor and proactively adapt to changing business needs and technology landscape in .NET (and competing) technologies
* Strong understanding of software engineering principles and Object oriented methodologies
* Proven track record of delivering innovative products in a timely manner
* Proven track record of successfully tackling multiple projects and tight timelines
* Should have good communication and analytical skills.
