Urgent opening for Technical service at Asian

AsianPPG Industries Limited, a joint venture between Asian Paints (India) Limited and PPG Industries, Inc. USA with 50:50 equity sharing was established in February 1997 with the objective of providing solutions to the paint requirements of Indian Automobile manufacturers. The joint venture brought together two leading companies with strengths in technology, manufacturing and customer insight.
Asian PPG supplies to original equipment manufacturers (OEMâs like Hyundai, GM, TVS, Bajaj, Telco, Ford among many others).The second line of business in Asian PPG is the Auto Refinish segment, wherein, it supplies to the refinish market through a dealer network. This is typically a retail sales network.
The total turnover of the company is over Rs 400 crores and it operates through 41 depots and offices across the country. The corporate office is in Mumbai. Our team in India comprises of 350 highly motivated and customer oriented members.

The incumbent should have relevant experience in Top Coat and should be able to provide technical service to customer.

* Weekly planning of preventive maintenance activities to ensure better life of line equipment.
* Daily,weekly and monthly reports of Pre-treatment chemicals.
* Trouble shooting of line technical problems
* Effective problem solving at customer lines through systematic Root Cause analysis
* Meeting sales budgets & collection
* Customer relationship management
* Planning & Forecasting customer requirements
* Detailing customer's product & performance needs
* Constant monitoring of Competitor activities
