Desired Candidate Profile
You must understand the web and how it works. You should have spent at least the last 2 years doing web-based design using Photoshop, have good knowledge and skills with Flash, and be conversant with Illustrator. Knowledge of typical workflows using the three applications is preferred. Must have good analytical and visualization skills.
Other desired skills include good knowledge of Typography, hands-on working experience in video-processing using Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects, audio-processing using Adobe Audition and Adobe Soundbooth, basic 3D using one of Maya/Lightwave/3D Studio Max, etc.

Job Description
Net Solutions is looking for highly talented, motivated and driven individuals having sound knowledge and expertise in web designing. You will create cutting-edge web interfaces and work on amazing Flash projects with an award winning design team. This includes not only branding websites for major companies and large websites serving thousands of visitors, but also RIA interfaces, mobile app UI, online advertising collaterals, and more.
Responsibilities:
-Liaising closely with the client at the conceptualization stage to answer questions such as: why is the site needed, who is the target audience, who are the leading competitors etc.
-Create design prototypes, including graphic design, site navigation, and layout of content and ensure that the layout of the content is accessible and logical.
-To create visual concepts that matches the content and the image wanted by the clients.
-Designing a draft site for client approval or modification.
-Advising the client on categories and information needed to construct the site.
-To design websites ensure that they are visually effective and easy to access.
-Test website's compatibility on different resolutions and browsers such as IE, Firefox, Safari.
-Utilize design skills and creativity to come up with new, and innovative designs for websites, landing pages, micro sites, banner ads, etc.
-Perform maintenance and updates to existing websites when requested by clients.
-Provide training on maintenance and update procedures to clients who choose to take charge of their own websites.
